Your Order Will be Shipped via AusPost and shipping will take approximately 2 to 5 days and If it takes longer products will definitely come within 7 days depending on your location from metro areas.
Your order may require some time to be processed depending on your payment method and the size of your order. You will be notified by email, SMS or messenger when your items have been shipped. We may send you an update notification 1 week following your order shipment date.

If the purchase you receive is faulty or does not match the description, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your purchase was delivered to you.
To be eligible to return an item and receive store credit for the returned items, they must:
- Be received by us within the time frame specified above
- Be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Have no marks
- Have all original labels and swing tags attached.
The cost of return shipping will be at customer's expense, we will be unable to refund or credit this cost for postage.
All items are inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not match the specifications above will be returned to the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by courier when being returned. We recommend you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Once we receive your return, subject to conditions above. You will be notified and we will issue you a store credit equivalent to the cost of the item purchased, excluding shipping cost. Your credit note will be sent within 3 working days of receiving your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to email@example.com
